- 1 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Tuna Creations® Hickory Smoked
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1⁄2 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup chopped jicama
- 1⁄4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- Optional: fat-free ranch dressing
- Place lettuce in a large bowl.
- Top with tomatoes, tuna, jicama and black beans.
- If you like, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
