Tangy and Sweet – you’ll love this flavorful salad!
For a lower fat version, use only ¼ cup cheese and walnuts
Ingredients:
- 1 (6.4 oz.) Pouch or 2 (5 oz.) Cans - Albacore White Tuna in Water
- 1 bag (6 oz.) baby lettuce greens
- 1⁄2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 pear, cored and sliced thinly
- 1⁄4 cup light honey Dijon salad dressing
Directions:
- Place lettuce on serving platter. Top with tuna, cheese, walnuts and pear slices.
- Drizzle Dijon dressing over salad.
