Whole grain Woodles served with Korean tuna salad.
Ingredients:
- 5, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Reduced Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water.
- 66 cakes of Woodles Whole Grain Rich Ramen Noodles
- 1½ cup Sauce Craft Gochujang Pepper Sauce
- 10 cups Wilsey Mayonnaise Premium Tray Jar
- 4 cups Carrots, shredded
- 4 cups Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 4 cups Green Onion, sliced
- ½ cup Sesame Oil
- ½ cup Canola Oil
Directions:
- Cook the Woodles according to package directions.
- Rinse with cold water and toss with sesame and canola oil. Refrigerate.
- Mix cold Woodles with carrots, red peppers and green onion.
- Mix tuna with gochujang sauce and mayo.
- Build your bowl with 1 cup Woodle salad and top with 2 oz. of tuna salad. Garnish with sesame seeds.
