K-12 Chilled Korean Tuna Woodle Salad

Whole grain Woodles served with Korean tuna salad.

Ingredients:

  • 5, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Reduced Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water.
  • 66 cakes of Woodles Whole Grain Rich Ramen Noodles
  • 1½ cup Sauce Craft Gochujang Pepper Sauce
  • 10 cups Wilsey Mayonnaise Premium Tray Jar
  • 4 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 4 cups Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 4 cups Green Onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Sesame Oil
  • ½ cup Canola Oil

Directions:

  • Cook the Woodles according to package directions.
  • Rinse with cold water and toss with sesame and canola oil. Refrigerate.
  • Mix cold Woodles with carrots, red peppers and green onion.
  • Mix tuna with gochujang sauce and mayo.
  • Build your bowl with 1 cup Woodle salad and top with 2 oz. of tuna salad. Garnish with sesame seeds.
