Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 43 oz. Pouch of StarKist Chunk Light Tuna
  • 1 ⅓ cup Mike’s Hot Honey
  • 1 ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup chili crunch or Sriracha
  • 10 scallions, 5 finely chopped and 5 sliced for garnish
  • 3 avocados, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 22 pieces of Crispy Rice (Nobu style)

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine Mike’s Hot Honey, mayonnaise, chili crunch or Sriracha, and finely chopped scallions. Add tuna and mix well.
  • Top crispy rice with a spoonful of tuna mixture. Add a slice of avocado and sesame seeds to each piece.
  • Garnish with more scallions and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.
