Recipe Yield: Makes 22 Pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 43 oz. Pouch of StarKist Chunk Light Tuna
- 1 ⅓ cup Mike’s Hot Honey
- 1 ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅔ cup chili crunch or Sriracha
- 10 scallions, 5 finely chopped and 5 sliced for garnish
- 3 avocados, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- 22 pieces of Crispy Rice (Nobu style)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine Mike’s Hot Honey, mayonnaise, chili crunch or Sriracha, and finely chopped scallions. Add tuna and mix well.
- Top crispy rice with a spoonful of tuna mixture. Add a slice of avocado and sesame seeds to each piece.
- Garnish with more scallions and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.
