Ingredients:

  • 1, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water
  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt, plain, low fat
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 4 cups diced celery
  • 2 cups chopped red onion
  • 5 cups diced mango
  • 4 avocados, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl mix the yogurt, mayonnaise and half the lime juice until well combined.
  • In a large bowl gently mix the tuna, celery, onion, and mango. Gently mix in the yogurt and mayonnaise mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • In a medium bowl, place the avocado and salt and drizzle the remaining lime juice over it. Gently mix it together to coat the avocado to prevent browning. Add the avocado, salt and remaining lime juice to the tuna mixture and gently combine.
