This protein packed salad is full of fresh, herby flavor. Add this to your springtime menu for a change. Serve over greens or in a wrap filled with salad greens.

Ingredients:

  • 1, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water
  • 1 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 - ⅓ cup plain reduced-fat (2%) Greek yogurt, well drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups mixed fresh herbs – a blend of 1 cup of parsley, with ½ cup mix of tarragon and chives, chopped
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups diced celery

Directions:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, garlic, herbs, scallions and lemon juice and blend until combined. The herbs should be chopped, not pureed.
  • In a large bowl mix together the tuna and celery. Add the green goddess dressing and mix thoroughly.
