Ingredients:
- 6, (43 oz.) pouches StarKist® Chunk Light Tuna in Water
- 20 cups whole grain panko breadcrumbs, divided
- 6 ¼ cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 cups Honey mustard dressing
- ¾ cup Spicy brown mustard
- 1 cup diced celery, ¼ diced
- 1 cup diced white onion, ¼ dice
- ½ cup smoked paprika
- 3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Hamburger bun
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 5 sheet pans with cooking spray.
- Mix the tuna and 10 cups of breadcrumbs with the cheese, dressing, mustard, onion, celery, smoked paprika and parsley in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Form into 100 large patties using a #8 scoop or ½ cup measuring cup. Place the remaining 10 cups of breadcrumbs on a sheet pan. Coat each side of the tuna patties with breadcrumbs and spray with a little cooking spray and place on prepared sheet pan.
- Bake the patties in the middle of the preheated oven for 25 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through (155°F on an instant-read thermometer).
