Ingredients:
- 1 43 oz. pouch of StarKist Chunk Light Tuna
- 32 slider buns, toasted
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Mike’s Hot Honey, plus 1 cup for slaw
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 cup rice vinegar
- 20 cups shredded cabbage
- 4 cups shredded carrots
- 64 Hamburger dill pickle slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, 1 cup of Mike’s Hot Honey and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cabbage and carrots, mix well and set aside.
- In another large bowl, combine the BBQ sauce and 1 cup of Mike’s Hot Honey. Add the Starkist Tuna and mix well.
- Place slider bun bottoms on plates, add 2 pickles on each and top with about 1/3 cup of the BBQ tuna. Top each sandwich with 2 tbsp of slaw. Serve extra coleslaw on the side.
