- 2 cups baby spinach, washed and trimmed
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1⁄4 small yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- Place spinach in bowl or on plate. Top with tuna, cheese, onion and pepper. Toss and enjoy!
