  • 2 cups baby spinach, washed and trimmed
  • 14 cup feta cheese
  • 14 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 14 small yellow pepper, thinly sliced


  • Place spinach in bowl or on plate. Top with tuna, cheese, onion and pepper. Toss and enjoy!
