Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch (2.6 oz.) StarKist E.V.O.O.® Yellowfin Tuna
  • 1 tbsp black olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. green olives, chopped
  • 1 canned artichoke heart, chopped
  • 1 tbsp small diced red or yellow peppers
  • 1 tbsp. chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small Baguette or Ciabatta roll, sliced partially in half lengthwise
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl mix gently together the tuna, olives, artichoke hearts, peppers, sundried tomatoes, and garlic powder.
  • Slice the baguette and line it with lettuce leaves. Top with tuna mixture. Slice in half if desired.
