A light salad perfect for a summer luncheon!
- 1 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Tuna Creations® Sweet & Spicy
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions, white and green parts
- 1, 4 oz. can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 2-3 cups salad greens
- 2 Tbsp. crispy Chow Mein noodles
- Optional: Asian style dressing – the Tuna Creations® has a nice flavor so dressing isn’t necessary unless you want more flavor
- In a bowl combine tuna, celery, onions and oranges.
- Add salad greens and toss again.
- Top with chow mein noodles.
