A perfect summertime appetizer!
Ingredients:
- 1 (3 oz.) Pouch - Ready-to-Eat Tuna Salad Albacore
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1⁄4 cup diced onion (optional)
- 8–10 premade mini frozen pie shells or frozen mini fillo shells, thawed
- 2–3 fresh basil leaves, sliced
Directions:
- Bake mini pie crusts according to package directions, if needed.
- Mix tuna salad, hard-boiled egg, cherry tomatoes and onion in a small bowl.
- Spoon tuna salad mix into pie shells and top with fresh basil leaves.
