Whole grain Woodles, tuna and fresh veggies in a miso ginger broth.

Ingredients:

  • 5, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Reduced Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water.
  • 66 packs of Woodles Whole Grain Rich Ramen Noodles
  • 350 gram Savory Choice Low Sodium Chicken Broth Concentrate
  • 7 gallons Water
  • 10 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 10 cups Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 10 cups Carrots, shredded
  • 10 cups Edamame, shelled
  • 1 cup Ginger, sliced
  • 7 tablespoons White Miso Paste

Directions:

  • Cook the Woodles according to package directions.
  • In a large stock pot combine water, chicken broth concentrate, miso paste and ginger. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove ginger before serving.
  • Assemble bowl with 1 cup cooked Woodles, 2 oz. tuna and 7 oz. hot broth.
  • Finish the bowl with carrots, edamame, broccoli and red pepper.
