Whole grain Woodles, tuna and fresh veggies in a miso ginger broth.
Ingredients:
- 5, (43 oz.) pouch StarKist® Reduced Sodium Chunk Light Tuna in Water.
- 66 packs of Woodles Whole Grain Rich Ramen Noodles
- 350 gram Savory Choice Low Sodium Chicken Broth Concentrate
- 7 gallons Water
- 10 cups Broccoli Florets
- 10 cups Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 10 cups Carrots, shredded
- 10 cups Edamame, shelled
- 1 cup Ginger, sliced
- 7 tablespoons White Miso Paste
Directions:
- Cook the Woodles according to package directions.
- In a large stock pot combine water, chicken broth concentrate, miso paste and ginger. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Remove ginger before serving.
- Assemble bowl with 1 cup cooked Woodles, 2 oz. tuna and 7 oz. hot broth.
- Finish the bowl with carrots, edamame, broccoli and red pepper.
